Gaviota Strawberries
Gaviota strawberries are ruby red and nutrient rich . Some fruits may be solid, while others may showcase a partially hollow core. The flesh is soft, tender, and aqueous consistency. Gaviota strawberries emit a lingering, sweet scent when ripe and are edible raw. Their flavor is richly sweet yet tart, with fruity nuances.

During the Spring and as late as September, we harvest as many as five varieties of specialized, gourmet strawberries under organic conditions. Each has their distinctive flavor, but all feature rich red color throughout and are packed with healthy nutrients. Red fruits are generally considered the most healthy in the wide range of fruit colors.
All our strawberries are cultivated next to our produce stands and picked daily for maximum freshness. For our Farmer’s market customers, we load our truck early with the day’s harvest so you get the freshest produce at markets throughout the area.

Medellion Strawberries are dark red throughout packed with healthy nutrients

Camarosa Strawberries
The Camarosa variety grows vigorously, producing large, firm berries. Bright red and nutrient rich, sweet flavored, rounder and almost punkin shaped. They are juicy and firm to taste. They are mostly oversized with many being 2 1/4 to 2 1/2 in

Salanova® Green Butter
Upright heads with a round base and dark green, open leaves with delicate, buttery flavor. Exceptional marketed as mini heads. One circular cut around the core separates the leaves for an impressive number of salad-sized, uniform leaflets for salad mix. Withstands multiple cuts. Makes a nice pairing with Salanova Red Oakleaf and/or Salanova Red Butter.
